I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the rooms, while clean, are in dire need of renovations, especially the bathrooms, which was disappointing. The dining options left something to be desired with limited choices, but the overall stay offered decent value for money considering the location.

I had quite an experience at this hotel. The service was extremely professional and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. However, my initial room was disappointing, with an unpleasant smell, but luckily, I was moved after three days to a more comfortable space. The pool area left much to be desired, feeling small and not very inviting. Overall, the location was great, being right near the old town, which was perfect for exploring the area's charm.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have mixed feelings about it. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Rethymno, making it super convenient to explore the area. While the rooms were relatively clean, they were quite small for our needs. The service was decent, but I did experience some hiccups with the dining options, which felt a bit lackluster. Overall, it's a good value for money if you’re looking for a central spot, but don’t expect luxury.

The room was freshly painted and much better than I expected, however, the breakfast was quite basic and not very satisfying. Overall, it’s a great spot for the price, but improvements in dining would really elevate the experience.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which really made my experience enjoyable. However, the room I had felt a bit like a cell with no natural light, and the breakfast, although adequate, could be improved. Overall, it's good value for money, but the room could use some upgrades.
